Stephanie Svärdström is the new Head of Delivery Office
Esatto kicks off the autumn term by introducing Stephanie Svärdström as the new Head of Delivery Office. She joins us from Knowit Experience, where she has held roles such as Team Lead, Skill Lead, and Account Manager.
“Esatto approached me a year ago for a different role that, unfortunately, felt a bit too limited, but when this opportunity came up in the spring, it felt just right. It’s truly an impressive agency with great people and interesting client projects in Stockholm, Sundsvall, and Krakow. I hope to contribute with innovation and sustainable progress,” says Stephanie.
“For the past 15 years, I’ve worked with internal technical project management and the optimisation of products and services, as well as leadership roles and various client-facing projects. Challenging existing norms is something that interests me, but nothing is more rewarding than supporting others in becoming motivated and finding their path—whether they’re a client or a colleague. I’m very much looking forward to learning from Esatto and being part of the company’s growth,” she continues.
