Magnus Kerner takes over as CEO for Esatto
From October 1, Magnus Kerner will take over as CEO of Esatto, a subsidiary of the IT group Dizparc, from Daniel Nilsson. Daniel will continue to be responsible for the operation of the business in Stockholm, Filip Berglund for that in Gothenburg and Tobiasz Kowalczyk for that in Poland.

Magnus is no newcomer to the world of Esatto. As one of the four co-founders of the company, he has led sales since its inception in 2013 and has been active in establishing the nearshoring business in Krakow. With his sales-driven and customer-oriented profile and strong business focus, he now steps into the CEO role with the mission of creating an even greater growth focus that permeates the entire organization.
“I grew up in a restaurant kitchen with a board that has been etched into my memory. It said “You shouldn’t praise the chef until dessert”, a quote that feels just as relevant then as it does now and has been an important guiding light for me throughout my career. For me, it goes without saying that the customer should always be the focus and that we as a supplier should maintain high quality throughout our delivery. If we succeed in doing this as a business, I am convinced that in addition to having satisfied customers and creating stable customer relationships, we will also attract the best consultants on the market who want to work and develop in a business with that type of mindset”, explains Magnus.
Like many other players in the digital agency industry, Esatto has had a couple of challenging years in a tougher market situation, but now feels that there is significantly better wind in the sails with increasing demand.
"My primary focus as CEO will now be to increase the pace even further, optimize our resources and create a stable and sustainable business in both the short and long term in a market situation that looks more positive. I look forward to building on all the good things we do and taking Esatto to the next level on our journey together with my co-founders, other colleagues and of course our friends within the group at large," continues Magnus.
Esatto was acquired a little over two years ago by the IT group Dizparc and has now established itself as an important and valued player within the family.
“It has now been two years since we acquired Esatto and the company has really warmed up to the Dizparc context. During the spring, we merged our Gothenburg-based company Nowadays with Esatto and it is natural to now continue to shape both the organization and the leadership for the next step. We are convinced that Magnus is the right person to take the baton and lead the business further in its development together with his team,” says Andreas Blåeldh, CEO of Dizparc.
For Daniel Nilsson, who until now had the CEO role, the shift feels both natural and inspiring.
“Magnus is the perfect person to take over the CEO role in the next phase of our development. He has the ability to see opportunities, make quick decisions and create good energy in the team. I have always appreciated his competitive instinct and his ability to combine business acumen with being a real “people person”. Therefore, it feels very good to hand over the baton to him in order to be able to focus on my role as responsible for delivery in Stockholm. I am sure that this will be great for us going forward”, concludes Daniel Nilsson.
