Lisa Florby most recently served as CEO of the Småland-based recruitment company VEM and assumed her new position on March 16.

As many may recall, we carried out a similar onboarding of the former Dizparc Nowadays team last autumn, and we are excited to continue this journey together with our new colleagues in Jönköping. With Lisa at the helm and in close collaboration with us, we see great opportunities to expand our offering in the Småland region going forward,” says Magnus Kerner.
A broader offering
Esatto in Jönköping will continue to offer digital marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses, both locally and nationally. At the same time, the offering will be expanded to include additional digital services such as web and intranet development, AI, and e-commerce, in close collaboration with other Dizparc companies across the country.
This initiative also means that Jönköping will become the first location in Sweden where Dizparc is represented across all of its business areas.
“I am very positive about this initiative. Many small and medium-sized companies still have significant potential to develop their digital marketing efforts. Here, Lisa and her team can make a real difference in collaboration with colleagues across the group,” continues Andreas Blåeldh.
Strong experience in business development and relationship building
Lisa Florby has a background in HR and business development and has held various roles throughout her career where networking, innovation, and service sales have always been in focus.
Early in her career, she worked at Västerås Science Park, where she developed networks between the business sector, public sector, and innovation companies. She has also held a role at the County Administrative Board, where she was responsible for developing a regional research and innovation strategy. After moving to Jönköping, she built up a local operation within the recruitment industry before later joining VEM, where she progressed from recruitment consultant to partner and eventually CEO. In this role, she worked with executive recruitment and developed the company’s service delivery with a focus on quality, professionalism, and long-term customer relationships.
She is now looking forward to the next step in her career.
“I have worked in the recruitment industry for a long time and felt that I wanted to take on something new. When the opportunity to lead and develop Dizparc Esatto in Jönköping arose, I became very curious. I am passionate about customer relationships, business, and developing people—and my new role includes all of those elements,” says Lisa Florby.
She was also attracted by Dizparc’s entrepreneurial culture and growth ambitions. With a strong local and regional network, and through her engagement in organizations such as the Jönköping Chamber of Commerce—where she serves on the council—she hopes to help local companies take even greater steps in their digital development.
“It feels inspiring to be part of a group with clear ambitions for the future. I look forward to working with the team in Jönköping to build strong customer relationships and help more companies in the region succeed with their digital presence and marketing. Jönköping is a region with strong entrepreneurship and many exciting companies. I truly look forward to contributing to helping more of them take the next step in their digital journey,” concludes Lisa Florby.
