What we do
From AI to ROI
In a time when AI and digitalization are moving faster than ever, the challenge is rarely finding the right technology, it's understanding which initiatives actually create value for your business. Many companies get stuck in the tech hype and try to adapt to what the technology can do. We flip the perspective and start with your needs.
Our business development process is always grounded in your operations, your goals, and your workflows. By analyzing your current state, identifying relevant opportunities, and converting them into clear Business Cases, we help you create an AI and digitalization roadmap that prioritizes actions with real business impact.
The goal is not to introduce AI for its own sake, but to find solutions that free up time, support decision-making, and create competitive advantages. With a data-driven and structured, lean start-up–inspired method, we lead you from idea to decision—where every step is rooted in the business and every investment can be measured in tangible results.
Every part of the process is enhanced with AI, making the work faster and more efficient than traditional business development.
Our process

Step 0 - Capability building
The right knowledge is essential for engagement and success.
We ensure that everyone involved in the process receives the training needed to build a shared understanding and the concepts required for the work ahead. The training sessions can be tailored for individuals, teams, or the entire organization.
Example
VVS-Fabrikanterna
We offer recurring training sessions for VVS-Fabrikanterna’s members—both introductory courses that explain the technology and its possibilities, and more advanced sessions focused on industry-specific applications.
Usually, several people from the same organization participate, creating a shared knowledge base and inspiration for how AI can be implemented in practice. The training is highly appreciated and consistently receives excellent feedback from participants.

Step 1 - Mapping and Analysis
To achieve the best results, we need a solid foundation.
-
Process mapping: We document workflows at three levels—organization, team, and individual—to identify relevant opportunities.
Identify business value: We focus on the areas that can truly impact your operations and create measurable results. It's about finding the efforts that make a real difference.
Example
Lann Industries
Together with a working group from Lann Industries, we carried out a pilot project to explore how Generative AI could streamline their quotation process.
The work began with a joint workshop where we mapped the current state and clarified the business value we wanted to achieve. Based on this review, we created a structured decision basis that guided the next step of the test, focusing on security, efficiency, and concrete value creation.
"This would streamline our quotation work and free up time for our technicians. With continued development and integration into our ERP system, parts of the quotation process could be automated and, in some cases, remove the need for technician involvement entirely."
Jonathan Ferm, Key Account Manager, Lann Industries

Step 2 - Identify and prioritize opportunities
We take you from creative ideation to concrete prioritization.
2.1 Ideation
Together with your team and AI assistants, we generate as many relevant Use Cases as possible. The foundation comes from the process mapping and business goals from Step 1. All ideas are welcomed—no matter the size.
2.2 Structure and categorization
We organize Use Cases based on where they provide the most value—organization, team, or individual. We also group ideas by business area (e.g., AI support for sales) and make an initial screening to identify the most promising opportunities.
2.3 Deep dive
Each Use Case is supplemented with information on potential business impact (Gain), cost (Effort), and required change (Change). The goal is to create a balanced and sustainable portfolio of ideas.
2.4 Prioritization and business testing
The most promising Use Cases are further prioritized and assigned estimated value and defined business tests to measure results. We ensure that each idea is detailed enough to serve as solid decision-making material.
Example
K.D. Feddersen
Because K.D. Feddersen already had well-documented processes, we could quickly begin identifying new business opportunities. Over three working sessions—supported by analysis and iteration between meetings—we created a prioritized and quantified list of potential AI-driven business areas that could feed into their budgeting process.
The result was an efficient and focused process that quickly delivered clear and relevant AI opportunities for the organization to move forward with.
"We work continuously with ongoing improvements, and the mapping together with Dizparc became a natural next step in our journey into generative AI. What truly made a difference was their ability to combine technical understanding with a genuine customer and user perspective. It gave us both greater accuracy and higher efficiency in the process.”
Simon Vestlund, Finance Director, K.D. Feddersen

Step 3 - Create a roadmap
With all information in place, we develop a roadmap with prioritized Business Cases.
We visualize the way forward with an inspiring plan for how AI and digitalization can be implemented step-by-step at all levels, typically with a 12–18 month horizon.
Example
Svedea
In Svedea’s initiative to implement generative AI, roadmaps are a central tool for creating transparency, supporting planning, and clarifying what happens in each step of the program.
Dizparc Esatto has contributed with valuable support by developing use cases and business cases. Together, we have established a fast and resource-efficient method for identifying, evaluating, and testing relevant AI-driven business opportunities, before implementation decisions are made.
Gustaf Ledin, CIO, Svedea

Step 4 - Involvement and Validation
It’s time to engage key stakeholders and validate our hypotheses.
By involving the right people, we ensure that business models and priorities are realistic and create genuine buy-in across the organization.
Step 5 - Implementation of Business Cases
From idea to action!
In the final step, we move from ideas to concrete execution. Initiatives can range from training to large development projects—but always with clear goals and measurable outcomes.
Example
Opus Bilprovning
Opus Bilprovning identified an opportunity to improve the customer experience while reducing pressure on their support team by developing an AI-driven assistant to help customers book inspections online.
The result was the digital assistant Bengt, now available on opus.se. Bengt has not only made the booking process smoother for customers but has also reduced support inquiries and significantly increased conversion rates.
