AI Enablement Program for Strategic Direction and AI Adoption
Huset Invest
Increased AI Competence and a Shared Direction Across the Portfolio
Background
Huset Invest owns a portfolio of companies across a range of industries. Like many investment groups, AI had already started finding its way into everyday work—supporting proposal writing, customer interactions, and decision-making. However, its use was largely unstructured.
Across almost every company, there were individuals experimenting with AI on their own, but the level of adoption varied significantly between both people and businesses. Interest was widespread, but there was no shared direction.
Huset Invest wanted to give its portfolio companies the opportunity to strengthen their AI capabilities where AI was already being used, while also establishing a common approach. The solution was a structured AI program designed and delivered together with the experts at Esatto.
"AI was already present in almost all of our portfolio companies, but the level of competence varied significantly. Today, our leaders understand what AI can actually achieve because they've experienced it firsthand and have practical tools they can start using immediately. That also enables them to bring that knowledge back into their own companies. That's how we create a common AI language across our portfolio, unlock synergies, and move forward together."

What Participants Took Away
Stronger AI Competence and a Shared Understanding
A common understanding of what AI can realistically do and how it can create meaningful value in day-to-day operations across the business.
Prioritized AI Opportunities by Business Function
Practical, role-specific applications rather than general AI theory. Each participant left with clearly prioritized opportunities they could begin implementing immediately in their own work.
Their Own AI Tools
A custom AI assistant built live around a real business case that every leader could take away and start using right away. Practical from day one, yet designed to evolve alongside future needs.
The Ability to Lead the Transformation
By gaining hands-on experience with AI themselves, leaders became equipped to guide AI adoption within their own organizations. That leadership capability is a fundamental prerequisite for bringing an entire organization along on its AI transformation journey.
