From channel work to strategic work

Together with Jämtkraft, Esatto has grappled with a number of questions over the years. What should Jämtkraft communicate, and which media should they use? What services and products might be part of the next generation of energy systems? How Jämtkraft should organise itself and which technology they should use is entirely determined by the answers.

Since we began working with Jämtkraft in 2013, we have grown together, and our joint efforts began with the launch of the new website we developed together with Jämtkraft.

Since then, the competition for electricity customers has intensified, and it’s about balancing good service for existing customers with high accessibility for potential new buyers of electricity.

How are we a good digital partner?

As a digital partner, we work to enhance Jämtkraft’s digital capability to contribute to their business results in the long term. But we are also an extended resource for various types of tasks and projects. Throughout everything, the focus is always on the end customer.

In everyday operations, this means developing Jämtkraft’s channels, services, and platforms. On a tactical level, it involves working with their product ownership, UX, analysis, and service design. On a strategic level, it means helping them move towards becoming Sweden’s best energy partner by 2025.
