Magnus Kerner takes over as CEO of Esatto
From October 1st, Magnus Kerner will take over as CEO of Esatto, a subsidiary of the IT group Dizparc, from Daniel Nilsson. Daniel will continue to be responsible for operations in Stockholm, Filip Berglund for Gothenburg, and Tobiasz Kowalczyk for Poland.

Magnus is no newcomer to the world of Esatto. As one of the four co-founders of the company, he has led sales since its start in 2013 and played an active role in establishing the nearshoring business in Krakow. With his sales-driven and customer-focused profile, combined with a strong business mindset, he now steps into the CEO role with the mission of driving even stronger growth across the organization.
"I grew up in a restaurant kitchen with a plaque that’s stuck with me ever since. It read: ‘Don’t praise the chef until after the dessert.’ That quote feels just as relevant now as it did then and has been a guiding principle throughout my career. For me, it’s obvious that the customer should always be at the center, and that as a supplier we must deliver high quality all the way through. If we succeed with that, I am convinced that not only will we gain satisfied customers and long-term relationships, but we will also attract the best consultants on the market who want to work and grow in a company with that kind of mindset,” explains Magnus.
Like many other players in the digital agency industry, Esatto has faced challenging years in a tougher market climate. But now the winds have shifted, with demand steadily increasing.
"My main focus as CEO will be to accelerate further, optimize our resources, and create a stable and sustainable business both in the short and long term, in a market climate that is looking much more positive. I look forward to building on all the great things we are already doing and taking Esatto to the next level – together with my co-founders, colleagues, and of course our friends across the Dizparc group,” Magnus continues.
Esatto was acquired just over two years ago by Dizparc and has since become an important and appreciated part of the family.
"It’s now two years since we acquired Esatto, and the company has truly found its place within the Dizparc context. Earlier this year, we merged our Gothenburg-based company Nowadays with Esatto, and it’s only natural to now continue shaping both the organization and its leadership for the next step. We are convinced that Magnus is the right person to take over the baton and lead the company forward together with his team,” says Andreas Blåeldh, CEO of Dizparc.
For Daniel Nilsson, who has held the CEO role until now, the handover feels both natural and inspiring.
"Magnus is absolutely the right person to take over as CEO in the next phase of our development. He has the ability to see opportunities, make quick decisions, and create strong energy in the team. I’ve always appreciated his competitive spirit and his ability to combine business acumen with being a true people person. That’s why it feels so good to hand over the baton to him, allowing me to fully focus on my role as responsible for delivery in Stockholm. I’m certain this will be a great step forward for us,” concludes Daniel Nilsson.
